5. How do I deal with limescale buildup in the stainless steel tank?

Add 20g of citric acid, then activate the automatic cleaning mode. This will effectively remove the limescale.

6. Why is there a loud noise, like an explosion, during heating?

Residual moisture can cause unusual noises when heating. Please ensure that the bottom of the water tank and the heating plate are completely dry before each use. Each time you use the device, ensure that the bottom is wiped dry. The noise might be caused by overfilling, leading to water overflowing from the steam outlet. Make sure to fill the water only up to the MAX line.

7. Why is the mist output from the humidifier so small?

It takes 20-30 minutes from the time the machine is turned on to produce steam. You can switch the humidifying mode to the highest setting. Due to the design of the product, which produces a pure warm mist, the size of the water molecules is smaller when evaporated by heat, making the mist less visible to the naked eye. However, the actual mist output is significant, with a maximum setting of 450ml/h.

8. Why is the humidity too high or too low?

When selecting different humidification modes, please wait approximately 20-30 minutes before adjusting the evaporation rate according to the desired humidity level. In fast mode, the output is 450ml/h; in standard mode: 300ml/h; and in sleep mode, the output is 220ml/h.

9. Why are there brown rust spots appearing on the bottom heating plate?

The rust spots may be caused by not drying the water at the bottom before each use. The residual moisture can evaporate and lead to rust spots. It's important to dry the bottom of the device each time before use.
